Why is Dell Venue pro not charging?

If your Dell venue pro is not charging, please check for any damage or loose connection on the charging port of your tablet. Try plugging the charger into a wall socket directly instead of a surge protector while charging. If available, try using an alternate, known-good Dell Venue Pro USB cable and A/C adapter of the same wattage (if available).
