  • Sound is pretty impressive on all fronts with this phone
  • this display does a good job of relaying an enjoyable experience
  • it looks sharp and stable with great tonal range
  • it has a good six hours of on-screen time
  • Sony Xperia 5 is well processed and offers impressive performance
  • Stabilization is also great
  • the telephoto camera is a welcome addition
  • Snapdragon 855 is still plenty fast

  • weird that it s not integrated into the power button itself
  • it too difficult to switch between lenses and generally feels a little pokey

  • Image quality is decidedly average
  • clumsy falls into puddles or spills on countertops
