Microsoft Lumia 640 XL LTE offers 4G speeds, a 5.7-inch screen and a great rear camera at a surprisingly low cost.
The Lumia 640's big brother gives a whole lot of screen
Microsoft's newest oversized Lumia phone has a great camera and a nice design, but it can't escape the confines of being a budget smartphone.

Microsoft Lumia 640 XL (2015) (Mobile Phone): 2.7 out of 5 stars from 12 genuine reviews on Australia's largest opinion site ProductReview.com.au.
In-depth review of the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL (Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226, Qualcomm Adreno 305, 5.7", 0.2 kg) with numerous measurements, benchmarks, and ratings
