Pros

  • brighter shade stood out very nicely
  • X27 was better than the PG27UQ
  • Power consumption is also interesting
  • Brightness is excellent on this monitor
  • X35 performs well
  • sustained performance of this panel is marginally better than the PG35VQ
  • Transformers vibe is a nice touch
  • buttery-smooth
  • full HDR experience
  • the monitor performed quite well for its panel type
  • high refresh rate and good overall pixel responsiveness

Cons

  • performance here is a bit weaker than the PG35VQ
  • nearly no inverse ghosting or dark level smearing
  • fails the 15-15 rule in the Normal mode
  • Saturation performance is also not as good as the PG35VQ
  • the error performance is weak
  • its massive size which will consume most typical desks
  • ΔThis site uses Akismet to reduce spam
  • no uneven seams or creaking sounds
  • less you will see blurring or ghosting
  • its jaw-dropping price tag
  • not quite as wide as that of IPS panel monitors
