AF speed is generally fine
Both focusing and zoom rings moved smoothly and positively with no slack
focuses quietly and smoothly as well as quickly
they focus more quietly and smoothly
The focus is very fast
more accurate and especially more quiet than with a mechanical control
the bokeh is fairly decent
producing amazingly steady handheld moving pan shots
The lens is equally impressive in tracking mode
both fast and accurate
The zoom action is nice and smooth
The stabilizer for still works perfectly
this lens is pretty good
Bokeh is round and quite pleasing
moderately fast and very good for everyday use
Both the zoom and particularly the center ring work easily

internally - and filters do not rotate when focusing
see flare as an issue for this lens

somewhat soft center-of-the-image results and noticeably soft corners
Barrel distortion at 18mm is highly noticeable
