Pros

  • really solid
  • well-balanced blade with excellent control
  • balanced and comfortable to use
  • weight and balance made it easy to control
  • decently sharp knife with great strength and adequate control
  • performing well on all of the tests
  • a really solid
  • perfectly balanced blade with excellent control
  • great balance and control and was sharp enough to perform well on precision tasks
  • the handle is generally more comfortable for people with hands of all sizes
  • the Pro S is very comfortable for me

Cons

  • There are no hard edges or hot spots
  • the Pro S felt like it was a little slow on the cut
  • The balance is a little more blade heavy
  • it s not incredibly aggressive
  • the handle is pretty thick
  • lacked the finer control that a wider blade offers
  • the metal handle became slippery and greasy in our hands
  • A dull knife is a dangerous knife
  • more fragile and prone to rust
  • it s more likely to bounce off food than cut through it
