  • natural
  • unbiased sound
  • tonal quality of this amplifier really is well above its price point
  • The controls are simple
  • chunky
  • and exceptionally well built
  • The remote control is beautiful and handy with aluminum faceplate
  • Construction of both units is good
  • midrange is good with particularly clear presentation of voices
  • plenty of good solid engineering in there as well

Cons

  • bass sometimes is too neat
  • slow disc loading and slight mechanical whine
  • the quality of the image is bad
  • their circuit boards tend to be a bit messy too
  • no access for class D
