Not a fan of Nespresso
There were no first-time use instructions
It s not your typical espresso machine
wiped with a damp cloth and then left to air dry
no facilities in your hotel room
as high and consequently the coffee produced us poorer
rubber seals inside the unit wearing out over time

none of the parts can go in the dishwasher
it s heavier than expected
