Yes you can connect the Turtle Beach Elite 800 to your PC to listen to audio. However you can't use the mic function. These were pretty much only designed for the Xbox One.

Does the Turtle Beach Elite 800 have a mic?

The Turtle Beach Elite 800 is a great headset, but the quality of its microphone is below average. It doesn't have any bass or treble, which makes the voice sound thin. Nevertheless, it does a great job at isolating your voice from outside noise or other players in online games—but be aware that you will have to speak loudly in order for the other people to hear you clearly.

Turtle Beach Elite 800X review: Great hardware for an Xbox only gamer

The Elite 800X gaming headset arrived on my doorstep at the worst possible time: I was neck deep in PC game reviews and about to leave for E3. Now that I've had a few weeks to play with it, I'm sad I'd had to wait so long. If you're an Xbox One gamer – a Halo player, a Forza fanatic, or getting ready for the return of Gears of War, I don't think you can do much better. If you're a...
