Pros

  • an absolute workhorse
  • great wifi performance and provides stable NBN connection
  • The user interface is great

Cons

  • some older devices may not be able to reach those speeds
  • loosing chat connection and then basically palmed me off twice
  • crimped connections were the problem and a bit of spraying

Pros

  • an absolute workhorse
  • great wifi performance and provides stable NBN connection
  • The user interface is great
  • and fairly easy to navigate
  • Configuration UI is pretty decent and has all the parameters that one
  • It was easy to set up and simply works as expected
  • Stability of the modem /router also appears to be very good
  • performance
  • nice range of features and excellent
  • cheap and looks great in the kitchen
  • connection is great and the WI-FI range and speed is also excellent

Cons

  • some older devices may not be able to reach those speeds
  • loosing chat connection and then basically palmed me off twice
  • crimped connections were the problem and a bit of spraying
  • constant wifi dropouts
  • Settings erased when there is a power interruptions
  • the manufacturers can no longer cater only to the enthusiasts)
  • multi-user MIMO radio technology
  • Only a quick start guide could be found
  • the USB transfer speed leaves a little to be desired
  • VR600v will not be able to function as a node within a mesh network
  • Modem-routers without Wi-Fi connectivity scored worse
