Skullcandy did cut some corners to keep the costs down
the headphones retail in an extremely competitive segment where buyers

the headphones have been constructed in entirety using plastic and feel flimsy to the touch
you will get some sound leak from the headphones

the lows and bass can sometimes be a little underwhelming
