Pros

  • it really looks great and perfectly meets my musical expectations
  • Plenty of added sustain with no squishiness
  • Tone is lovely with a nice punch and enormous control when
  • The bridge had mass and was easy to adjust when needed
  • The range of tone shaping on board is amazing
  • it s great to get players feedback
  • alder works better for my style of play
  • electronics and it looks pretty well made
  • Sire basses had excellent playability
  • felt consistently taut and controlled
  • The action and set up was great

Cons

  • Flea s stingray
  • mahogany bodies with Canadian Rock Maple necks
  • no shop can afford to offer a free master grade setup on an instrument
  • their instrument is physically hard to play
  • fingerboard edges were not so nicely rolled and the fret ends
  • No stamped out steel cheapness to upgrade later
  • fretless line for a limited time
  • swamp ash and it was very heavy
  • it lacks the Badass' visual vibe
  • isn't a switch that gets much switching
  • knob ergonomics are so poor
