                A: According to Sennheiser tech support, functionally they are the same, save the difference in color. They claim the RS120 is an Amazon exclusive while the RS135 is offered thru Sennheiser. They look the same to me but you certainly can buy the RS120s in places other than Amazon. Helpful?
