  • The low cut and extra gain controls are very handy too

  • distinctively rich and warm in character
  • universal solution is also surprisingly affordable
  • The sounds is clear and natural out of the box
  • rugged and clearly designed with professionals in mind
  • compact
  • durably built directional microphone
  • Audio quality was consistent throughout the entire run

Cons

  • the audio only passes through its headphone jack during recording
  • A heavy mic is difficult to boom
  • high-end cameras sound terrible with their in-built mics
  • the company didn t provide an adapter for modern iPhones

  • the input volume switch a bit too easy to slide
