    Why is my Samsung remote not working?

    Remove the batteries, and then press the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again. Check out the user manual if you need help accessing the battery compartment.

    Why does my Samsung TV keep turning on and off every few seconds?

    If your Samsung TV keeps turning off every 5 seconds, try changing your inputs and checking whether all the cables, including the ones for power, are connected properly. If they look fine, you can try power cycling and resetting the TV.
