this is an excellent headphone for the money
open-back headphones with a much more comfortable and breathable fit
Very good frequency response consistency
brighter
more detailed sound profile and significantly better bass accuracy
semi-open headphones and have a much better passive soundstage performance
Lightweight and fairly stable design

and quite natural
assembly quality is outstanding
