  • the carafe also requires being cleaned regularly
  • grinders are built-in and adjustable
  • No one wants an ugly coffee maker
  • froth comes out a bit too watery for my personal liking
  • There is a lack of control in the milk frothing process
  • the stainless steel top scratches very easily
  • the reservoir is a bit small for my liking
