RHA CL1

Pros

  • L1 fits into my hand quite well
  • deep
  • fast and extremely well controlled
  • the RHA is a stunningly good earphone
  • sound isolation is also good
  • Mini XLR connection is balanced keeping the left and right channels separate
  • small but solidly built and works as well with a smart device
  • Comfort was also identical as in quite comfortable over hours of use
  • They seem fairly resistant and durable
  • balanced and way more natural
  • comfort is great

Cons

  • It may not display this or other websites correctly
  • this takes some beating
  • the unit does not turn itself off after a set time of not being used
  • The connectors are a bit small for my aging eyes making
  • RHA does not supply a mini to mini cable for such a connection
  • the L1 s sound is a bit too bright for my tastes
  • Bass was hard-hitting and less muddy sounding
  • highs do not feel coherent to the rest of the sound
  • does treble sound inherently bad
  • imbalance in sound is somehow damning
  • this sharpness is not natural at all
