Pros

  • relatively steady state and easy
  • fairly universal and easy to replace
  • well-designed device with excellent coaching tips and fitness suggestions
  • It feels secure
  • and a sturdy metal loop
  • TomTom Spark is another good option in this category
  • minimal and good enough for tracking the basics
  • nicely designed small and minimal tracker
  • bright touchscreen that is colorful and alive with your data displayed
  • bold and vibrant colors for the band and three terrific sizes
  • actual functioning of these features works quite well

Cons

  • inaccurate optical HR issues
  • no optical HRM)
  • been idle too long
  • does not have GPS
  • Syncing with earlier devices was problematic
  • Polar Flow might seem overly complicated
  • this item only has one alarm to set
  • you will have to manually set each alarm each time
  • it does not have a good rating online
  • does not require a chest monitor as other tracking models
  • The touchscreen was not sensitive for a few people
