Panasonic has released a range of new 2010 LCD-TVs, including the D28 (in EU) / D2 (in US) that we will look at here. D28 is one of the mid-end models with a design touch
Having first seen an early example of this product at a Panasonic hosted event in Munich, early last year, it has taken until now for me to get my hands on a sample for reviewing. I have to say the wait was worth it.
The price of this 32 inch Panasonic Freesat-toting LCD holds it back - otherwise, there's nothing to stop it getting that coveted fifth star
Purple pro LED takes it to the edge
This D28 series 32in LCD TV has a side-mounted LED backlight and a great picture.
The high price is worth paying if you're after a particularly special-looking flatscreen TV, though there are a few rough edges to the TX-L32D28BP's
Good looking and packed with features including Freeview HD and Freesat. However, image quality isn't outstanding, and for this price, it should be.
The Panasonic Viera TX-L32D28BW’s image quality is the worst of all the TVs we've seen recently and it’s the most expensive 32in TV by a mile. This is one to avoid.
