Pros

  • charging station is simple in design however effective
  • Clean handle and brush head separately
  • Fairly easy to understand
  • decent and quality electric toothbrush
  • Strong and durable
  • brush head softened nicely and was good to use
  • a great pressure control feature that helps you brush gently and correctly
  • protected by a polystyrene cutout and everything inside was secured well
  • it feels great in my palm and easy to operate
  • very detailed and thorough instructions
  • Philips toothbrushes and cleans significantly better than manual toothbrushes

Cons

  • Brush head was very hard on my teeth and gums
  • missing from this electric toothbrush is a travel case
  • the brush heads are fairly cheap
  • toothbrush it does not come with all the bells and whistles
  • Bluetooth connectivity to the Oral-B App and position detection
  • you can only buy this electric toothbrush in the UK
  • bristles to be quite soft
  • Unplug the charging unit before cleaning
  • brush head are quite hard and rigid
  • the blue colour will fade halfway approximately within three months
  • exerted too much pressure on teeth and gums
