  • build quality of the lens is very good and in line with most moderately priced
  • The small rubberized focus ring operates very smooth
  • It feels pretty durable regardless of its plasticky feel

Cons

  • The front element does not rotate so using a polarizer is no problem

Pros

  • build quality of the lens is very good and in line with most moderately priced
  • The small rubberized focus ring operates very smooth
  • It feels pretty durable regardless of its plasticky feel
  • sharp
  • offer great contrast
  • also very nice for documentary and street photography
  • center sharpness is still good
  • Optical performance seems very good to me
  • It produces decent images in term of quality
  • These lenses are both exceptionally crisp and are
  • focuses fast and accurate too

Cons

  • The front element does not rotate so using a polarizer is no problem
  • vignetting wide open
  • Vignetting is a little high at f/2 but low at lager apertures
  • The corners of the image when shooting film are a bit softer than the center
  • the rotating AF ring in your hand can be a bit annoying
  • Not great performing wide open
  • lenses have garish lens flare or wash out all contrast in bright light

  • The ring has a hard stop for a quick focusing to infinity
