  • good clean and full-bodied
  • AKM converters are well respected
  • Flexible
  • easy to control
  • zero-latency monitoring
  • smooth-sounding and apparently very well controlled treble
  • The analogue connections are very straightforward
  • it works great with almost any other DAW
  • sound of the pre amps the best
  • reliable and sounds great
  • audio quality it delivers is superb

  • 8Pre will not be reliant on additional monitoring controller hardware
  • the reverb features way too much of the original signal slapping
