Pros

  • courteous and reassuring on the phone)
  • the 1248 still looks excellent value for money
  • MOTU 4 are very crisp
  • rugged and built to last
  • portable and affordable

Cons

  • Metering does not clearly indicate overs
  • It often takes several seconds to serve each page
  • the present looks like a bit of a mess
  • my Windows machine is now four and a half years old
  • occasional CPU spikes at buffer sizes
  • sell products in France without detailed instructions in French on the other hand is outrageous
  • yet computer music problems sound card
