Line 6 Spider IV is remarkably straight forward to use
The construction feels solid and all of the controls seem to be secured firmly in place
the build quality is good on the Spider IV

sounds thin and sterile much like a stomp box overdrive or distortion pedal
amps are just garbage
the distortions and amp models are horrible

The clean and crunch channels work quite well

loud enough for practice purposes and still has a good amount of built in features
it seems to have worked very well

A bit steep for a trash sounding amplifier
The metal and insane channels are a little weaker
Spider IV actually isn t noticeably more expensive than most of its competitors
