                As for health monitoring features, HONOR Band 5 supports 24/7 heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, the basic steps count, and SpO2 measuring. The HONOR Band 6, except for these features, also supports Stress and breathing exercise and menstrual cycle tracking and reminders.Jan 21, 2021
