  • The vacuum itself is still great

  • A great product which is easy to use for everyone
  • It has great suction

Cons

  • the power of the vacuum cannot be dialed down
  • mini turbine head will remove dirt and pet hair in tight spaces
  • it gets clogged at the handle
  • lack of customer service is rendering me a little grumpy with the brand
  • the floor tool no longer works on your DC23
  • whining noise would usually be indicated a blockage throughout the machine
  • heavy
  • clunky and awkward to use
