  • roasting probe is also great - allowing great control over cooking meats
  • easy-to-use time saver

Cons

  • screen isn t working I can even invoke the steam or assist programs
  • no pre-heating
  • it wasn t a cheap model
  • the pump and hose system cannot feed enough water into the ev
  • not inherently faulty/not fit for purpose
