  • its inimitable clarity and great bass reproduction

  • MSR7b has a very good stage presentation for closed headphones
  • clarity of the headphones perfectly supports modern production
  • the fresh and detailed coordination has remained true
  • mids are clearly differentiated and incredibly present and clear
  • mids are precise

Cons

  • tuning of the drivers has been somewhat defused in the heights
  • the metallic overtones will cover a lot or become annoying
  • only headphone jacks on selected devices “listen”
  • pounding drumbeat - it comes across more as a weak pulse
  • lack of quality combined with a relatively high price leaves
  • slightly coarse tinge to the upper mid-range
  • poorly compressed files with low source bit rates
  • The volume control missing from the in-line cable controls is certainly annoying
  • bass not being near as emphasized
  • The highs are nothing short of astonishing
