Both seats use the same shell and last the same long time rear facing. Both have passed the Plus Test and provide the same great safety. The only differences are shoulder pads, styrofoam in the head support and SICT. MW Plus has a slightly larger styrofoam piece in the head rest as seen in photos without fabric.
