Garmin has a better custom workout creator
it has behaved very well
Great combination of running and mountain functionalities in my opinion
It also looks better than the 4r
it s been incredibly stable

durable
and comfortable
fit and finish on the Suunto Ambit2 R is excellent
It s also waterproof for up to 50m
Ambit 2 menu is simple to navigate
Ambit 2 also had a good battery life

it does not set the actual offset of hours
pace/distance for treadmill was very inaccurate
not perfect
lack of Bluetooth connectivity to the phone puts
GPS updates only once every 60 seconds
a lack of Bluetooth and smartphone app support
There is a silicone band which feels soft to the touch
Polar GPS tracker the GPS distance was a bit off
overly tactical looking or too flimsy
navigation overrules the manually set GPS interval
strange to have a cable routed from your running pack to your wrist
doesn t mean it s not a valuable resource
No app required for the sunrise/sunet times if
it will only correct the seconds and minutes but not hours
