  • Portraits have excellent skin tones and are free from red-eye
  • It works really well and you can adjust the sensitivity
  • Olympus Tough TG-820 is another excellent performer in the Tough range
  • scratch-resistant and easy to view
  • it comes with tap control
  • Decent image quality at low ISO levels
  • Colours are punchy and bold

  • camera is unusable
  • not all of them can be used for video recording
  • no noise at ISO 100
  • Images at higher ISOs are a bit noisy
  • TG-820 is a bit pricier than other cameras
  • Tough cameras often struggle with sharpness
