The Vivid mode for SDR is overwrought but

no content you can watch in those formats yet
it no longer supports analog component video
the top portion is razor thin at just a quarter-inch deep
Long Halftime Walk -- is controversial
still falls short of some TVs' motion resolution
Nor can it offer the same lush levels of vividness in bright scenes
the picture looks a little flat and muted
losing out on brightness and contrast
I rarely look behind my TV
It s still too early to determine which format will become dominant
OLED C8 does not have an analog audio output
No cherry-picked units sent by brands
banding noticeable in large areas of similar color
there is only basic cable management
low input lag with motion interpolation
image darkening and some people will see flicker caused by the black frames
image retention and screen burn applies
thus lacks some of the new picture features
the bass is understandably limited
