The da Vinci Junior 1.0 is for beginner makers. While it is a remarkable machine considering that it retails for just £249, it doesn't offer a lot of sophisticated features.
The da Vinci Jr makes 3D printing more affordable than ever, but it's a long way from the Star Trek replicator-style precision instrument you might be dreaming of.
XYZprinting has released its least expensive 3D printer, the da Vinci Junior 1.0, which at $349 will likely delight beginner makers with its fully-enclosed design and onboard LED-control display. But don't expect a lot of detail in printed objects and be patient; it's slow.
Unbelievably cheap 3D printing
