The RAZR V3i just doesn't offer any awe inspiring improvements to justify a higher rating. It's still a very solid handset, but in terms of an upgrade, it's not worth an entire new model.

The Motorola Razr is a wondrous, pricey, and unfinished foldable

The V3i version of the RAZR ups the camera resolution to 1.23 megapixels, but while it now has the ability to sync music with iTunes, there's a maximum limit of 100 songs.
