  • The broad rubberized focus ring operates smoothly
  • It is also a good fit for the a6000
  • in-focus and out-of-focus areas is smooth and looks very nice
  • simple and elegant with a dark all-metal build
  • The build quality is outstanding
  • incredibly fast and sharp lens with excellent reproduction
  • Color/Richness - Optically these lenses are both STELLAR
  • absolutely beautiful and buttery smooth
  • Both lenses are excellent
  • Always Enabled Necessary cookies are absolutely essential for the website to function properly
  • Sony is a great choice too and cheaper

Cons

  • somewhat hidden feature is the image stabilizer
  • There aren t any buttons or switches on the lens
  • you only have to turn the focus ring a short distance
  • the corners are darker and less rich in contrast
  • No longer as sharp as a shot taken from a tripod
  • There are no buttons on the lens
  • actually only visible at f/2
  • is kept limited
  • was I a bit too excited over a lens
  • lens usually has the tendency to miss focus occasionally
  • the numbers are more difficult to read
