  • Yamaha is reasonably priced for about 330 Euros
  • The setup menu is easy to navigate and intuitive
  • it was super easy to play CD and the controls were intuitive

Cons

  • it is a little on the pricier side
  • only tried a few different CDs and the tests were unstructured
  • audio dropouts through out the film

Pros

  • Yamaha is reasonably priced for about 330 Euros
  • The setup menu is easy to navigate and intuitive
  • it was super easy to play CD and the controls were intuitive
  • seeking with CDs worked fine

Cons

  • it is a little on the pricier side
  • only tried a few different CDs and the tests were unstructured
  • audio dropouts through out the film
  • as the audio track was NOT mastered correctly
  • Yamaha was rather sluggish for my taste
  • ugly as old original DVD subtitles
  • edgy
  • low resolution
  • terrible
  • it didn t as it was darker
  • it was not a 4K player
