  • tough dirt from your carpet
  • setting up the unit is a bit confusing
  • suction pump noise and other brushes are a bit loud
  • the sound of the motor is a bit loud
  • The rotating brush takes out the dirt embedded deep inside the carpet
  • does leave carpets a little damp
