Say what you will, but Toshiba has managed to time the Camelio S20 just right -- it was the very same day that our Flip Slide HD frustrations were reaching epic levels, that the $179.99 pocket camcorder showed up on our doorstep.
I can remember my father carrying around a massive camcorder on his shoulder during birthdays and family gatherings when I was a toddler. It's pretty amazing to see how camcorders have evolved in such a short period of time and Toshiba's continues the trend with its latest pocket-sized camcorder the Camileo S20.
Name: Camileo S20 (Toshiba) Type: Ultra-compact camcorder Specs: Camera: 16 Megapixel CMOS image sensor, 4x digital zoom and digital image stabilsation at resolutions below 1080p Recording media: 128MB built in memory, SD/SDHC Card (4GB provided) Screen: 3" Colour LCD...
The Toshiba Camileo S20 is a great piece of design for a very attractive price, but don't let that blind you to that fact this is a budget camcorder with performance limitations that reflect its price tag.
Toshiba's Camileo S20 camcorder is feature-packed, but has finicky controls
For sheer bang for the buck, look no further than the fun-filled, 1080p-shooting Toshiba Camileo S20. It's unsurpassed in features, but we've seen better usability and build quality.
