nice looking
flat
accurate seam
tank is easy to fill and seamlessly slides in and out for refill
actual iron is light which is great for elderly or those with shoulder issues
compact
light
efficient and very quiet
anti-calc system works brilliantly well
as light as a feather and beautifully fits the contours of the hand
is remarkably smooth on all fabrics

cracked the water tank and cracked the side of the iron
More expensive than a traditional iron
The base unit is comparatively bulky
it s still not as easy as any of the Philips models
collapsing exhausted in front of the telly
its cable storage tabs are too flimsy and awkward to use
