It depends what are your expectations and how much do you want to spend. IMO The SteelSeries Arctis 3 is a good headset, but it's not a great headset; that honour is reserved for the Arctis 5 and 7. It's one of the better options in its price range, but its software setup and just-pretty good music performance hold it back.

The SteelSeries Arctis 3 does not have light-up ear cups, but this does make sense as a way to save money. Like the Arctis 5, on the left ear cup you'll find audio inputs, a volume wheel, and a microphone mute button.

You can of course connect it through Bluetooth, but it can be also connected to a Switch, PS4, Xbox, and PC via the 3.5mm cable while simultaneously mixing in VoIP chat, phone calls.
