Pros

  • ability to be dismantled into three separate units for your convenience
  • bass pretty responsive and Articulated
  • quick and easy to install
  • solid
  • clean
  • rounded and very responsive
  • everything was good to go
  • 5HV3 is still very comfortable to wear and sits well
  • a very decent quality headphone
  • 5Hv3 performs remarkably well
  • enthusiastic audiophile my testing methodology is quite thorough

Cons

  • midrange is not bad for a gaming headphone
  • no USB sound card
  • the USB sound card module does not create clean sound
  • a bit on the chunky side and does not block unwanted external noise
  • The treble sounds a bit dry too
  • does not have any additional support other than the basic media controls
  • little too loud outside you won t have to go far up the in line volume wheel
  • no bells and whistles
  • the punch of the sound fell a little
  • stickers
  • an extendible coded cable and a conversion jack
