Pros

  • excellent results all round
  • The gamma is also excellent giving images a nice degree of solidity and depth
  • managed dark images equally well
  • The picture quality is wonderful
  • Colours are natural
  • yet also rich
  • Low Contrast Enhancement and High Lamp Control
  • excellent depth and looked well defined
  • image quality was for the most part very good
  • uniformity is reasonably good
  • detail enhancement system pushes clarity and image sharpness

Cons

  • not just the lumens count which moves thing on slightly
  • It may not display this or other websites correctly
  • be called old hat or bad quality
  • flicker caused and find it unusable
  • mildly mixed material the iris in both settings was visible
  • the reduction in fan noise is only minimal
  • video inputs are limited to a pair of HDMI connectors
  • highlights tended to be too bright
  • picture contrast can have a dramatic effect on image quality
  • a slightly too-warm (reddish) color cast
