  • The codec is improved and the lens is better
  • EVF is pretty good
  • Always Enabled Necessary cookies are absolutely essential for the website to function properly

  • no need for a Beyer-pattern filter to create the image

Pros

  • The codec is improved and the lens is better

  • the NEX-FS cams are nice
  • Fast
  • cheap and secure for a long time
  • great pictures via an HDMI feed and

Cons

  • no need for a Beyer-pattern filter to create the image
  • slow and quick motion is not possible
  • poor archiving of their paying work
  • SxS are very expensive
  • not fast/slow as mentioned before
  • the playback picture was not as good as I had been expecting
  • observational documentaries is a pain with those cameras
  • Slow motion is STILL only 720p for anything over 30p
  • lack of a nice big range lens-wise is sorely missed
  • Large sensors are a pain in the butt
  • missing a trick with no 1080p slow
