  • The level of detail is amazing
  • extremely responsive and quick
  • Vita software works well and is very easy to use
  • Vita feels great to hold and is among the more ergonomically satisfying handhelds out
  • Vita is surprisingly lightweight
  • The unit feels great to hold and has excellent standby battery life
  • small size also makes it easy to carry dozens of games on the go
  • imaginative and incredibly fun
  • smoother gradients between shades and a purer white balance
  • looks tremendous
  • has great shooting mechanics

Cons

  • the technology does feel a bit gimmicky
  • The Vita game card slot can be a pain to pry open
  • Vita titles require a bit of loading time
  • limited in terms of modes when played offline
  • it will have a large impact on video game sales
  • doesn't compare with the Wii in terms of annual sales
  • A dedicated console does not need to jump on the Android bandwagon
  • Not the same gaming capabilities
  • Vita missed the highly lucrative US holiday shopping season
  • the bumpers hardly make any noise at all and feel soft to touch
  • browser doesn't work while a game is running in the background
