  • these headphones are very balanced in loudness between left and right speakers
  • comfortable design and great sound
  • They sound excellent for their relatively modest price point
  • very well-balanced sound and excellent clarity
  • unobtrusive fit and coiled cable for staying detangled
  • the low end is solid
  • It feels sturdy where it s important and it sounds pretty representative of whatever
  • neat and thoughtful design
  • wide bandwidth and smooth frequency response
  • sound quality and accuracy is superb
  • delivering accurate and usable monitoring information

Cons

  • extralong cable lacks a mic or remote
  • too loud or too soft
  • errors are so mild
  • There is no remote of course commuting with these
  • distortion keeps to very low measures
  • very long cable and questionable materials
  • The mostly plastic design doesn't feel at all flimsy
  • frequency response deviates a little from our target curve
  • It s not removable
  • Sony has not updated this aspect of the MDR-7506 design
  • Lacking in frills and luxuries
