Cons

  • this vantage point can only be accessed at low tide
  • resulting depth of field may be too shallow for some subjects
  • it can be tricky to fit
  • No fringing was found near the centre of shots
  • lock behind the zoom ring prevents the lens from extending when it is carried facing downwards
