  • standard Freeview guide is much faster
  • strong sound
  • a relatively easy to use menu system and a good lineup of ports
  • set's upscaling performance is also very good
  • up deep and rich black levels
  • as well as vibrant and natural looking colours
  • colours look accurate
  • warm and very cinematic
  • Picture quality is very impressive by mid-range TV standards
  • produces really excellent colour performance in its Cinema picture preset

Cons

  • lack of any usable motion-enhancing technologies
  • RGB bias controls are exceedingly coarse
  • interlaced PAL film-based material may display with some deinterlacing artefacts or resolution loss
  • only offered a miserly two HDMI and one USB inputs
  • Selector Viewing Distance Calculator Input Lag Database
  • only flashes when it receives a signal from the remote
  • It lacks a video window though
  • This TV can sometimes be quite slow to start up and its smart TV system isn't
  • motion blur on this set was bad with the LED Motion Mode turned off
  • lags behind Samsung's system
