            While both cameras perform in a similar manner up to 6400 ISO, the a6300 demonstrates better control over chroma and luminance noise at 12800 and 25600 ISO. The a6300 also has an extended ISO value of 51200, which resembles 25600 ISO on the a6000. These differences apply to both the RAW files and JPGs.
