buttery smooth and easy to turn
a great bokeh that is nice and soft/creamy
the tracking ability of the lens is excellent
lens barrel itself is nicely made and will take on some beating and weather abuse
It remains balanced through the full zoom range
The zoom really makes this a very versatile lens
image quality and overall AF performance
the image remains very stable during manual focusing
The Sigma of course retains the strong zoom range advantage
